Company Purpose
Veranstaltung eines unabhängigen, für die Region Südbünden (Unter- und Oberengadin, Münstertal, Puschlav, Bergell und Samnaun) bestimmten Radioprogrammes unter der Bezeichnung "Radio Piz" und Betrieb eines entsprechenden Radiosenders allein oder in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, Beteiligung an und Erwerb von anderen Unternehmungen der Kommunikationsbranche im In- und Ausland, Tätigung von Geschäften, die mit den erwähnten Zwecken in Zusammenhang stehen, einschliesslich Erwerb und Verwaltung von Liegenschaften.
