Company Purpose

Ausrichtung von Vorsorgeleistungen (Alter, Tod und Invalidität) und Leistungen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall und Arbeitslosigkeit an die Arbeitnehmer der Stifterfirma und mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen sowie deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebene. Arbeitgeberbeiträge an mit der Sitfterfirma verbundene, steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen können aus Mitteln der Stiftung erbracht werden, wenn von dieser vorgängig Beitragsreserven geäuffnet und diese gesondert ausgewiesen worden sind (Art. 331 OR).
