Company Purpose

Berufliche Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen für die Arbeitnehmer einschliesslich der hauptamtlich tätigen Mitglieder der Verwaltungsräte der Firmen "Scintilla AG", in Solothurn und "Robert Bosch AG", in Zürich und mit diesen wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen, sowie für deren Hinterbliebenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod sowie in der Unterstützung des Vorsorgenehmers oder seiner Hinterbliebenen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall und Arbeitslosigkeit.
