Company Purpose
La realizzazione e la gestione del Palazzo del Cinema di Locarno, quale centro culturale di competenza dell'audiovisivo. Il sostegno al Festival internazionale del Film Locarno e a ogni altra attività che direttamente o indirettamente sia in relazione all'audiovisivo e alla cinematografia. La società può anche gestire e investire in altre strutture in relazione allo scopo societario; in particolare la società può acquistare e gestire beni immobili attinenti allo scopo sociale. La società non persegue scopo di lucro e non prevede la distribuzione di dividendi né di tantièmes. Eventuali utili saranno reinvestiti nella società.
