Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage und ohne Gewinnstrebigkeit die Führung von Bildungs- und Betreuungsangeboten für Kinder im Vorschul- und Primarschulalter im Seetal nach den pädagogischen Grundsätzen von Maria Montessori. Dazu können insbesondere ein Kinderhaus, eine Primarschule und eine Kindertagesstätte gehören. Die Einrichtungen dienen der Bildung, Erziehung, Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen unabhängig von der Mitgliedschaft ihrer Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten. Die Gesamtheit dieser Einrichtungen wird nachfolgend als Schule bezeichnet.
