Company Purpose
Die Stiftung verfolgt den Zweck, das Haus, Parzelle Nr. 563, Assek. Nr. 319, mit seiner gesamten Ausstattung über den Tod hinaus dem künstlerischen Lebenswerk der Stifterin zu erhalten. Es sollen darin ihre Werke Aufnahme finden und in geziemender Form der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden. Ferner soll diese Liegenschaft über den Tod der Stifterin hinaus Zeugnis nicht nur ihres Werkes, sondern auch ihrer Lebensweise ablegen. Sodann verfolgt die Stiftung den Zweck, das Lebenswerk der Stifterin über ihren Tod hinaus zu veröffentlichen, wobei sich die Stifterin verpflichtet, alle mit dem Bestand und der Verbreitung ihres geistigen Eigentums verbundenen Rechte auf die Stiftung zu übertragen.
