Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft hat gemeinnützigen Charakter. Sie verfolgt den Zweck, in Wädenswil und Umgebung ihren Mitgliedern dauerhaft den Bedarf an Wohnraum zu tragbaren finanziellen Bedingungen zu decken und sucht dies unter anderem zu erreichen durch: a) Kauf von Bauland und Baurechten b) Bau und Erwerb von Liegenschaften c) Sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt sowie periodische Erneuerung von bestehenden Bauten d) Errichtung von Ersatzneubauten, wenn die bestehenden Bauten nicht mehr auf wirtschaftlich und ökologisch vertretbare Art und Weise renoviert werden können e) Verbindung oder Beteiligung mit zweckverwandten Organisationen sowie Erwerb der Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften f) entgeltliche Bewirtschaftung von Liegenschaften Dritter. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Jede Gewinnausschüttung an Genossenschafter ist ausgeschlossen.
