Company Purpose

MIBA bezweckt zur Hauptsache die Förderung der wirtschaftlichen Interessen ihrer Mitglieder und entschädigt von den Mitgliedern im Zusammenhang mit der Erreichung des Zwecks erbrachte Leistungen. Zur Erreichung des Zwecks dienen insbesondere: (1) Die Milchrohstoffbewirtschaftung durch MIBA. (2) Beteiligung an und Gründung von Unternehmen, die dem Zwecke von MIBA dienen. (3) Bewirtschaftung des Genossenschaftsvermögens. (4) Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien. (5) Vollzug öffentlich-rechtlicher Aufgaben. (6) Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Interessenvertretung der Mitglieder. (7) Beratung der Mitglieder. (8) Beteiligung der Mitglieder an der agrar- und geschäftspolitischen Zielen der MIBA.
