Grundauftrag und Zweck der Lungenliga Ost ist die nachhaltige Behandlung und Betreuung von Menschen mit Lungenkrankheiten und atembezogenen Schlafstörungen. Sie erfüllt ihre Aufgabe selbständig in Zusammenarbeit mit der Ärzteschaft, mit Kliniken, Behörden und anderen Organisationen in der Ostschweiz und im Fürstentum Liechtenstein.
