Company Purpose

Anregung, Förderung und Unterstützung von Forschungsaufgaben, vorwiegend im Bereich der Geisteswissenschaften, Auszeichnung und Verbreitung von beispielhaften geistig schöpferischen Arbeiten von Einzelnen und Gemeinschaften, Unterstützung von Projekten, die von der Universität Basel nachweislich als förderungswürdig bezeichnet werden, Förderung von Aktivitäten, die der Universität Basel zugeordnet sind, Förderung der verschiedenen Kulturbereiche in Europa und damit der Stärkung des Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühls aller Europäer.
