Company Purpose

Zweck der Gesellschaft ist der Bau und Betrieb der Luftseilbahn Wiler-Lauchernalp für die gewerbsmässige Beförderung von Personen und Waren auf Grundlage der entsprechenden kantonalen und eidgenössischen Konzessionen. Die Gesellschaft bezweckt im Weiteren den Bau und Betrieb von Skiliften und anderen Transportanlagen in dem mit der Luftseilbahn erschlossenen Gebiet sowie die Erstellung und Führung von allen dazugehörigen Nebenbetrieben, insbesondere von Hotels, Restaurants und Autoparkanlagen. Die Gesellschaft kann im Rahmen ihres Zweckes Liegenschaften erwerben, veräussern, pachten und verpachten sowie alle anderen Geschäfte betreiben, die geeignet sind, den Gesellschaftszweck direkt oder indirekt zu fördern.
