Company Purpose

Landwirten, bäuerlichen Selbsthilfeorganisationen oder -unternehmen sowie im Berggebiet gewerblichen Kleinbetrieben im Sinn von Art. 10a der Eidg. Strukturverbesserungsverordnung (SR 913.1, abgekürzt SVV) mit Wohnsitz bzw. Sitz im Kanton St.Gallen durch Verbürgung von Darlehen Beschaffung und Sicherstellung von Krediten zu erleichtern. Die Genossenschaft kann gegenüber Verpächtern von landwirtschaftlichen Liegenschaften im Kanton St.Gallen Bürgschaften eingehen, sofern die zu finanzierende Massnahme die landwirtschaftliche Nutzung des Betriebes verbessert, im Auftrage des Kantons weitere Aufgaben übernehmen, namentlich zur Verbesserung der Produktions- und Betriebsgrundlagen durch Verbürgung von Investitions- und Betriebshilfedarlehen, aus dem speziell geäufneten Hilfsfonds Beiträge zu gewähren, soweit hiefür Mittel zur Verfügung stehen.
