Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft unterstützt - in verbindlicher Partnerschaft mit der fenaco Genossenschaft - die Landwirtinnen und Landwirte bei der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung ihrer Unternehmen. Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in ihrem Wirtschaftsgebiet: die Versorgung der Landwirtschaft und weiterer Kreise mit einem breiten Sortiment von Produktionsmitteln, Verbrauchsgütern, Technologien und Dienstleistungen, einschliesslich erneuerbaren und fossilen Energien; die Abnahme, Lagerung und Vermarktung von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundeigentum erwerben und veräussern sowie Zweigniederlassungen errichten, Tochtergesellschaften gründen, Stiftungen errichten, sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen oder mit ihnen Kooperationsverträge abschliessen. Die Genossenschaft kann im Übrigen alle Geschäfte tätigen, welche geeignet sind, die Entwicklung der Genossenschaft und die Erreichung des Zweckes der Genossenschaft zu fördern.
