Company Purpose

Die LANDI unterstützt - in Partnerschaft mit der fenaco Genossenschaft - die Landwirtinnen und Landwirte bei der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung ihrer Unternehmen. Die LANDI bezweckt in ihrem Wirtschaftsgebiet die Versorgung der Landwirtschaft und weiterer Kreise mit einem breiten Sortiment von Produktionsmitteln, Verbrauchsgütern, Technologien und Dienstleistungen, einschliesslich erneuerbaren und fossilen Energien; die Abnahme, Lagerung und Vermarktung von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen. Die LANDI kann Grundeigentum erwerben und veräussern sowie Zweigniederlassungen errichten, Tochtergesellschaften gründen, Stiftungen errichten, sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen oder mit ihnen Kooperationsverträge abschliessen. Die LANDI kann im Übrigen alle Geschäfte tätigen, welche geeignet sind, die Entwicklung der LANDI und die Erreichung des Zwecks der LANDI zu fördern.
