Company Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung ist die Einrichtung und der Betrieb einer eigenen Schule im Kanton Zürich im Kindergarten- und Primarschulbereich, wobei der Unterricht zweisprachig deutsch-englisch erteilt wird. Ziel der Stiftung ist es, erzieherische und schulische Massnahmen zu fördern, welche geeignet sind, bei Kindern Toleranz und Verständnis für fremde Sprachen und andere Kulturen zu fördern. Bezüglich der näheren Zweckumschreibung kann der Stiftungsrat ein Reglement erlassen. Die Stiftung kann jedes Rechtsgeschäft tätigen, das dem Stiftungszweck direkt oder indirekt dient. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
