Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt im Interesse der Landesversorgung der Schweiz Räumlichkeiten für die Lagerung von Pflichtvorräten bereitzustellen durch den Bau und den Betrieb von eigenen Lagerhäusern und/oder durch die Beteiligung an Organisationen für den Bau und den Betrieb von Lagerhäusern, durch Zumietung von Lagerraum. Sie kann die Räumlichkeiten auch für die Lagerung anderer Güter bereitstellen. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen, Grundstücke und Liegenschaften erwerben und veräussern sowie mit anderen Institutionen und Verbänden zusammenarbeiten.
