Die Stiftung kann künstlerische Werke des Karl Bickel, die sich im Eigentum Dritter befinden, käuflich erwerben, mieten oder entlehnen. Die Stiftung bezweckt ferner die Wahrnehmung und Verwaltung der Urheberrechte an Werken von Karl Bickel.
