Company Purpose
Das gesamte gegenwärtige und zukünftige Stiftungsvermögen ist zu verwenden zu dem Zwecke, dass das "Höfli" in Stans erworben, als kunstgeschichtlich bedeutendes Bauwerk des Kantons Nidwalden in seinem historischen Bestand erhalten, erneuert und für der Öffentlichkeit dienende Zwecke, insbesondere kulturelle Zwecke zur Verfügung gestellt wird usw.
