Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt: die Bilder und Kunstwerke, die ihr gehören, als Sammlung zu erhalten; die Bilder und Kunstwerke, die ihr gehören, der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich zu machen; die Forschung über Hans Ripper und seine Bilder und Kunstwerke zu fördern. Verfügt die Stiftung über mehr Mittel, als für die Erhaltung und Ausstellung der Bilder sowie die Erforschung von Leben und Werk von Hans Ripper erforderlich sind, kann sie weitere Bilder und Kunstgegenstände erwerben sowie kulturelle Anliegen aller Art nach dem pflichtgemässen Ermessen des Stiftungsrates unterstützen. Die Stiftung entscheidet, in welcher Form die Bilder und andere Kunstgegenstände, die der Stiftung gehören, der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht und die Mittel der Stiftung verwendet werden. Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf Leistungen der Stiftung.
