Company Purpose
La società ha per scopo l'organizzazione di eventi sportivi ed extra-sportivi (spettacoli e manifestazioni culturali, musicali, sociali, associative e gastronomiche) all'interno della Gottardo Arena e sul comparto aeroportuale di Ambrì, a complemento dell'attività hockeistica e delle fonti di finanziamento ordinarie per l'Arena medesima. Può amministrare e gestire alberghi, ristoranti, spacci ed annessi esterni, organizzare prestazioni di catering esterno e partecipare a società con scopi analoghi in Svizzera e all'estero. Può commerciare in beni alimentari, bevande e servizi di ogni genere in relazione con lo scopo sociale. Può acquisire, possedere e vendere beni immobili o diritti reali ed immateriali in relazione con lo scopo sociale. Può ricercare partner privati e pubblici per investimenti in progetti e nuovi sviluppi nella regione del S. Gottardo.
