Sie bezweckt ausschliesslich die Erstellung und den Unterhalt aller Anlagen zur Gewährleistung des Golfspielbetriebes des Golf and Country Club Schönenberg nach den sportlichen Zielen des Clubs. Die Gesellschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Gesellschaft und der Golf and Country Club Schönenberg arbeiten zur Erreichung ihrer Zwecke eng zusammen.
