Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt den Unterhalt und Betrieb eines eigenen Zunftlokals für die Zunft zur Letzi. Zu diesem Zweck kann sie Liegenschaften oder Rechte daran erwerben, vermieten und belehnen. Erworbene Liegenschaften können arrondiert werden. Die Liegenschaften sind zu unterhalten. Keinesfalls dürfen Grundstückkäufe aus spekulativen Interessen getätigt werden. Falls es die finanziellen Verhältnisse zulassen, kann sie sich an den Aktivitäten der Zunft zur Letzi finanziell beteiligen und/oder sich bei gemeinnützigen (steuerbefreiten) Organisationen in den Quartieren Altstetten und Albisrieden oder der Zunft zur Letzi sonst nahe stehenden Institutionen finanziell engagieren.
