Sie soll für die Produzenten reelle Produktepreise erzielen. Der Zweck ist a) genossenschaftlicher Zusammenschluss von produzierenden Urner Alpkäseproduzenten. b) Betrieb eines Alpkäse Lagers. c) Aufstellung von allgemein verbindlichen Lieferbedingungen und Qualitätsvorschriften.
