Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Förderung, Verbreitung, Ausübung und Erlernung des Tennissports in der Region auf der Sportanlage «Hinterwies». Sie fördert das Tennisspielen als Wettkampf-, Erholungsort sowie im Juniorenbereich. Sie betreibt, unterhält und vermietet zu diesem Zweck die bestehenden Sportanlagen "Hinterwies" in Speicher. Sie kann weitere Sportanlagen und Gebäude kaufen, mieten, erstellen und betreiben oder sich an deren Kauf, Erstellung und Betrieb beteiligen, sofern dies dem gemeinnützigen Zweck dient. Die Genossenschaft ist indirekt über den Regionalverband Mitglied des Schweizerischen Tennisverbandes (Swiss Tennis).
