Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Förderung sozialen Wohnens sowie kultureller Aktivitäten innerhalb und ausserhalb der römisch-katholischen Kirchgemeinde St. Peter und Paul, Zürich. Ein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen. Die dafür erforderlichen Mittel erwirtschaftet die Genossenschaft durch die Verwaltung ihres Vermögens und den nachhaltigen Betrieb ihrer Liegenschaften. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben, verwalten, belasten und veräussern. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
