Vaz/Obervaz (nachstehend Golfclub genannt), und die Durchführung aller damit direkt oder indirekt zusammenhängenden Geschäfte; die Genossenschaft gewährt dem Golfclub ein Darlehen und wahrt in allen Belangen die Interessen des Golfclubs.
