Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihren Mitgliedern gesunden und preisgünstigen Wohnraum und Nebenlokale (das heisst in diesen Statuten: Ateliers, Büros, Werkräume, Gewerberäume/Läden und Garagen) zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Insbesondere verpflichtet sie sich, die unter Schutz gestellte Werkbundsiedlung und deren ebenfalls geschützte Umgebung ordnungsgemäss zu unterhalten und nachhaltig zu pflegen. Sie ist bestrebt, Wohnraum für alle Bevölkerungskreise anzubieten. Sie fördert das Zusammenleben im Sinne gesamtgesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität.
