Company Purpose
Kauf von einer oder mehreren Einzelparzellen auf Mount Island und Erstellung von Ferienhäusern in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe; die Genossenschaft kann die Ferienhäuser auch an Dritte vermieten, wobei die Genossenschafter in jedem Fall den Vorrang haben, kann weitere Liegenschaften (z.B. auf dem Festland) erwerben, wenn sie zur Errichtung des Gesellschaftszweckes dienlich sind, sowie auch Wertschriftengeschäfte tätigen.
