Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft ist eine Vereinigung von Mitgliedern des Bergführervereins Grindelwald und weiteren Freunden des Bergsportes. Sie bezweckt die Erstellung, den Betrieb und den Unterhalt einer Berghütte im Oberen Mönchsjoch. Sie kann weitere, der Förderung des Bergsports dienende Anlagen erstellen, Unternehmen gründen, übernehmen, betreiben oder sich an ihnen beteiligen. Ferner kann sie Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern oder damit im Zusammenhang stehen.
