Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft ermöglicht lern-, wahrnehmungs- und leicht körperbeeinträchtigten jungen Menschen eine erstmalige berufliche Ausbildung. Das betreute Wohnangebot bildet einen zweiten Schwerpunkt. Die Lernenden werden arbeitsagogisch und sozialpädagogisch betreut und damit optimal für die Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt vorbereitet. Nach Möglichkeit werden weiterführende Beschäftigungen angeboten (Dauerarbeitsplätze). Ferner kann sie Praktikums- und Praxisausbildungsplätze für Lernende und Studierende von sozialen und anderen Berufen anbieten. Die Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnorientiert.
