Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Förderung und Wahrung der Interessen der Eigentümer, Dienstbarkeitsberechtigten und Genossenschafter im Genossenschaftsgebiet La Schmetta, die Führung einer gemeinsamen Verwaltung im gesamten Genossenschaftsgebiet und den Betrieb und Unterhalt der Infrastruktur der Überbauung La Schmetta. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern sowie alle andere Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die der Infrastruktur im Gebiet La Schmetta dienen und geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern.
