Company Purpose
Bezweckt die Förderung möglichst kostengünstigen und qualitativ guten Wohnraums. Sie vermeidet dabei eine spekulative Preisgestaltung. Dies sucht sie zu erreichen durch Beschaffung von geeignetem Bauland zu Eigentum oder zu Baurecht der Genossenschaft, Bau oder Erwerb von Wohnhäusern, Unterhalt und Verwaltung derselben, Vermietung von Wohnungen und Abgabe von Wohnraum zu Eigentum.
