Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig. Sie bezweckt, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihrenMitgliedern preisgünstigen und den ökologischen Anforderungen entsprechenden Wohnraum zu verschaffen, der den Wohnbedürfnissen Rechnung trägt. Der Wohnraum ist dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen. Den Bewohnerinnen soll die Möglichkeit zu sicherem, gemeinschaftlichem und selbstverwaltetem Wohnen geboten werden. Die Genossenschaft kann zu diesem Zweck Liegenschaften erwerben, erstellen und finanzieren. Der Verkauf von Liegenschaften ist nur ausnahmsweise nach Massgabe dernachfolgenden Bestimmungen möglich. Die Genossenschaft kannsich an Unternehmen mit gleicher oder ähnlicher Zielsetzung beteiligen und bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Wohnbauträger die Mitgliedschaft erwerben.
