Company Purpose

Die GGA Maur erstellt und betreibt auf nicht gewinnorientierter Basis zum Zweck der Förderung der Interessen ihrer Mitglieder und Kunden Kommunikationsinfrastrukturen und -dienste. Sie bietet Telekommunikations- und IT-Dienstleistungen aller Art im eigenen Netz und in Fremdnetzen für Privat- und Geschäftskunden an. Sie kann andere Netze erwerben und Vereinbarungen mit anderen Netzeigentümern über die Übernahme des Netzaufbaues und Netzbetriebes sowie über die Lieferung und den Bezug von Telekommunikationsservices und weiteren Dienstleistungen abschliessen. Die GGA Maur ist berechtigt, alle Geschäfte abzuschliessen, die mit ihrem Zwecke vereinbar sind. Zur Erreichung des Gesellschaftszwecks kann sich die GGA Maur an anderen Gesellschaften und Konsortien beteiligen.
