Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum in der Gemeinde Pratteln und Umgebung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dieser Zweck soll erreicht werden durch: a) Erwerb von Bauland b) Bau und Unterhalt von Wohnungen c) Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen zu kostendeckenden Mietenunter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Selbsterhaltung der Genossenschaft. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig.
