Company Purpose

Beschaffung von Geldern für Mitglieder, die den Zweck verfolgen, durch zinsgünstige Finanzierung den preisgünstigen Wohnungsbau im Sinne der eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungserlasse sowie entsprechender kantonaler oder kommunaler Erlasse zu fördern. Die Geldbeschaffung erfolgt insbesondere durch die öffentliche Ausgabe von Obligationenanleihen in eigenem Namen, aber im Auftrag und für Rechnung der einzelnen Genossenschafter. Kann alle Geschäfte eingehen sowie Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern oder die direkt oder indirekt damit in Zusammenhang stehen.
