Company Purpose

Ausgehend vom Areal zwischen der Anker-, Gartenhof- und Zweierstrasse in Zürich verfolgt die Genossenschaft Dreieck in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe das Ziel, gute und günstige Wohn- und Gewerberäume zu erhalten. Die Genossenschaft erwirbt dauerhaft, alleine oder mit anderen Bauträgerinnen Liegenschaften und Baurechte, um guten und günstigen Wohn- und Gewerberaum an ihre Mitglieder zu vermieten. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen mit ähnlichen Zielsetzungen und als Mitglied bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Bauträgerinnen beteiligen. Sie setzt sich für die Quartieranliegen ein und gibt ihre wirtschaftlichen, sozialen, kulturellen, ökologischen und soziologischen Erfahrungen weiter.
