Company Purpose

Die Verwaltung des sich im eigenen Besitz befindenden Stockwerkeigentums mit Restaurant am Zähringerplatz 11 in Zürich. Die Führung des Restaurationsbetriebes unter dem Namen „Café Zähringer", am Zähringerplatz 11 in Zürich. Die Zusammenarbeit auf der Basis von Selbstverwaltung und Gleichberechtigung der MitarbeiterInnen. Die Verwendung von gesunden Nahrungsmitteln, die möglichst direkt von den Produzentinnen bezogen werden. Die Schaffung eines gemütlichen Treffpunktes im Quartier. Den Erwerb und die Verwaltung von Liegenschaften zur Förderung und Erhaltung von Kleingewerbe und Wohnraum, um sie der Spekulation zu entziehen.
