Erwerb der Liegenschaft Bäumli an der Schmidgasse in St. Gallen; Erhaltung, Renovation und Verwaltung dieser Liegenschaft und Weiterführung der historischen "Weinstube Bäumli" als eines gehobenen Treffpunktes für die städtische Bevölkerung im allgemeinen und für die Mitglieder des Altherrenverbandes und der Aktivitas der Kantonsschülerverbindung Minerva im besonderen.
