Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt auf dem Weg der genossenschaftlichen (gemeinsamen) Selbsthilfe die Wahrung der Interessen ihrer Mitglieder durch: a) Bestmögliche Verwertung der Milch; b) Förderung der milchwirtschaftlichen Technik; c) Förderung der beruflichen Kenntnisse und des genossenschaftlichen Geistes; d) Zahlung eines einheitlichen Milchgrundpreises pro Milchkategorie (Käsereimilch/Industriemilch) ab Hof bzw. Sammelstelle an die Mitglieder. Die Genossenschaft ist Mitglied des Walliser Milchverbandes (FLV-WMV) und anerkennt dessen Statuten sowie das Reglement Milchmengenmanagement der Genossenschaft und das Reglement Milchtransport der Genossenschaft als für sich verbindlich.
