Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft will in gemeinnütziger Weise ihren älteren Mitgliedern preiswerten und altersgerechten Wohnraum verschaffen und betreibt zu diesem Zweck eine Alterssiedlung mit einem individuellen Betreuungsangebot. Ihr Wohnungsangebot umfasst Wohnungen mit 1 1/2 bis 4 1/2 Zimmern. Das individuelle Betreuungsangebot wird durch einen Solidaritätsbeitrag, den jede Mietpartei monatlich entrichten muss, finanziert und berechtigt alle BewohnerInnen, bei gesundheitlichen Problemen oder sonstigen Einschränkungen, ohne zusätzliche Bezahlung, davon Gebrauch zu machen. Sie ist politisch und konfessionell neutral und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
