Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft fördert auf dem Gebiet des Kantons Solothurn soziale Institutionen und deren Projekte, sofern sie einen Bezug zum Wohn- und Grundeigentum haben. Sie unterstützt den Hauseigentümerverband Kanton Solothurn bei der Erreichung seines Zwecks, namentlich bei der Wahrung, Förderung und Vertretung der Interessen der Grund-, Haus- und Stockwerkeigentümer im Kanton Solothurn. Sie gewährt Bürgschaften für Baukredite und Grundpfanddarlehen und nimmt dafür Prämien und Beiträge ein. Die notwendigen Mittel stammen überwiegend aus Vermögenserträgen. Sie kann Liegenschaften erwerben, verwalten und veräussern. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt keine Gewinnabsicht.
