Company Purpose

Zweck der Genossenschaft ist, ihren Mitgliedern zeitgemässe Wohnungen zu günstigen Bedingungen zu verschaffen. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: die Beschaffung von geeignetem Bauland zu Eigentum; Bau oder Erwerb von soliden, zweckmässigen Wohnhäusern und die Vermietung der Wohnungen zu Selbstkosten; sorgfältigen und fortlaufenden Unterhalt der Gebäude sowie die zeitgemässen Erneuerungen und Erweiterungen; Errichtung von Ersatzneubauten, wenn die bestehenden Bauten nicht mehr auf wirtschaftlich vertretbare Art und Weise erneuert werden können; Unterstützung der Bestrebungen zur Hebung der Wohnverhältnisse der Bevölkerung; Verbindung mit zweckverwandten Organisationen, sofern dies den Interessen der Genossenschaft förderlich ist.
