Company Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der die reglementarischen Leistungen ergänzenden Vorsorge zugunsten der Arbeitnehmer der Kuoni Reisen Holding AG, in Zürich und der mit ihr wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Firmen sowie deren Hinterbliebenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod, sowie in der Unterstützung der Vorsorgenehmer oder ihrer Hinterlassenen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität und Arbeitslosigkeit. Die Stiftung kann zur Finanzierung von Beiträgen und Versicherungsprämien auch Leistungen an andere steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen erbringen, die zugunsten der Destinatäre bestehen.
