Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Führung einer öffentlichen Bibliothek im Plantahaus Plazzet in Samedan. Die Bibliothek soll vornehmlich bündnerische Literatur umfassen, und zwar soll in erster Linie eine lückenlose Sammlung der in ladinischer Sprache abgefassten Bücher und Schriften angestrebt werden. Die Stiftung soll, soweit dadurch die Erfüllung des vorstehenden Zweckes nicht beeinträchtigt wird, auch verwandte Zwecke verfolgen, die der Pflege und Förderung der romanischen Sprache und Kultur dienen.
