Die Stiftung bezweckt auf ausschliesslich gemeinnütziger Basis die Förderung begabter junger Menschen mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz durch Leistung finanzieller Beiträge zur Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung. Sie ist tätig, wo für die Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes keine öffentlichen Gelder zur Verfügung stehen.
