Company Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die aktive Förderung und Verbreitung des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM) im Kanton Aargau. Dazu vernetzt und unterstützt der Verein Betriebe und Organisationen, die im Kanton Aargau ansässig oder im Kanton Aargau wirken, bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von gesundheitsförderlichen Massnahmen und vermittelt Wissen rund um das Thema «Gesundheit in der Arbeitswelt». Der Verein strebt damit den Erhalt und die Verbesserung der Gesundheit der erwerbstätigen Bevölkerung an und will auf diesem Weg auch zur Förderung der Produktivität der Unternehmen und der Wirtschaft im Allgemeinen beitragen. Der Verein kann zur Zweckerreichung mit anderen Organisationen zusammenarbeiten, Veranstaltungen organisieren, Beratungen anbieten, unterstützend bei Projekten mitwirken und Publikationen herausgeben.
