Company Purpose
l'erezione e la manutenzione di un monumento sul campo di battaglia e della ritirata dei confederati svizzeri del 13/14 settembre 1515. La fondazione potrà raccogliere i fondi necessari per l'attuazione dello scopo anche mediante pubbliche sottoscrizioni. Il fondo su cui verrà eretto il monumento commemorativo potrà essere sia acquistato direttamente dalla fondazione, sia gravato da un diritto reale limitato a favore della fondazione stessa.
