la conservazione, la valorizzazione e la diffusione al pubblico dell'opera pittorica ed artistica di Maurits Ernest Houck da realizzarsi nella Casa Della Croce a Riva San Vitale che verrà a tale scopo aperta al pubblico come Pinacoteca. Inoltre la fondazione vuole promuovere l'attività espositiva delle opere di Maurits Ernest Houck anche mediante prestiti ad altri musei. E' vietata la vendita delle opere di Maurits Ernest Houck. L'esposizione di sculture di Walter Anton Hürlimann rientra negli scopi perseguiti dalla fondazione.
