Raccogliere e conservare testimonianze culturali del passato di Olivone e dintorni per renderle accessibili al pubblico e valorizzarle. In particolare, la fondazione cura l'amministrazione e la gestione del museo etnografico "Ca da Rivöi" e della biblioteca Vincenzo Dalberti al "Teciallo".
